This Privacy Notice (the “Privacy Notice”) contained herein and the Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) apply to all activities included in how Unified Hospitality collects, uses, shares, discloses and protects Personal data about the Customers who use our Services, and the visitors- including visitors of Websites, social media platforms and mobile applications (collectively websites, social media platforms and mobile phones referred to as the “Platforms”) including without limitation all contents of the Platforms and any correspondence by e-mail between you and Unified Hospitality, its subsidiaries and affiliated companies (hereinafter, “UHC”, “we”, “us” or “our”) sent through the Platforms, except where you are notified of another privacy notice by the specific UHC entity who collects your personal information. References to “you”, “your” and “yours” are references to the person(s) accessing the Platforms.
Unified Hospitality maintains the Platforms and all the information, communications, software, scripting, photos, text, video, graphics, music, sounds, images and other materials and services found on the Platforms (collectively the “Content”), for the use of its customers, employees and members of the public but only for the lawful purposes described. In general, there are some services that require us to know who you are so that we can best meet your needs. When you access the Services, or through any interaction with us in person, via emails, telephone calls or other correspondence, we may ask you to voluntarily provide us with certain information that personally identifies you or could be used to personally identify you. Such Content is provided as a convenience to its customers and to the public. By using the services or by otherwise giving us your information, you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to the practices and policies outlined in this personal data privacy policy and agree to be bound by the personal data privacy policy. We reserve the right to change, modify, add or delete portions of the terms of this personal data privacy policy, at our sole discretion, at any time. - All staff members of UHC who interact with data subjects are responsible for ensuring that this notice is drawn to the data subject’s attention and their consent to the processing of their data is secured.

Unified Hospitality at your request, can confirm what information we hold about you and how it is processed. You can request the following information:
- Identity and the contact details available with the group.
- Contact details of the data protection officer, where applicable.
- The purpose of the processing as well as the legal basis for processing.
- If the processing is based on the legitimate interests of UHC or a third party, information about those interests.
- The categories of personal data collected, stored and processed.
- Recipient(s) or categories of recipients that the data is/will be disclosed to.
- Transfer of the personal data to a third country or international organization, information about how the group ensure this is done securely.
- How long the data will be stored.
- Information about your right to withdraw consent at any time.
- How to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
- The source of personal data if it wasn’t collected directly from you.
- Any details and information of automated decision making, such as profiling, and any meaningful information about the logic involved, as well as the significance and expected consequences of such processing.
UHC accepts the following forms of ID when information on your personal data is requested: Government issued ID, Birth certificate, utility bill (from last 3 months), etc.
